I now know why there are always seven cars in front of me in the drive-thru. Twisted Sugar isn’t just a cookie shop but also a soda shop with so many different flavors. The only cookies at Twisted Sugar aren’t just sugar cookies but a variety of flavors like lemon raspberry sugar, banana creme, salted caramel, cookies and creme, and there has to be a classic sugar cookie and their chocolate chip cookie that melts in your mouth.
The cookie I would get if you haven’t tried any of their cookies would be the classic chocolate chip or if you want to be more adventurous I would try the cookies and cream. Customer Kim Parkinson said “The cookies are so thick and delicious with just enough variety to please everyone.”
The drinks are original and tie into the theme of the shop. The shop reminds me of a 50s soda shop and some of their drinks are 50s theme names like Jitterbug, T-Bird, and my personal favorite Jukebox. The drinks also come with your favorite soda of choice or, you can make any type of drink with any flavors and soda you want in it.
Some of the drinks come with cream and I think it makes the flavors of the drinks all come together. Customer Cindy Thompson said “After ordering the Juke Box for my daughter many times, I decided to try it out myself, and I was pleasantly surprised it was delicious, and now I am addicted.”
The shop is located in a spot where you can easily get to and see from the street. The store isn’t a bright blue or pink building but, their sign is big and has cute writing that your eyes will go directly to it. On the inside of the building, it’s very chic and not too into your face. The colors on the inside are white and black but also has pops of pink with desserts on stands and other little pops of color.
You may be asking if it is expensive but it’s very good pricing for nice quality products. Their drinks depend on the size that you order. There are four different types of sizes to choose from. The smallest cup size cost $1.25 and their largest cup size costs only $2.00. Their most expensive cookie cost up to $2.50 and their lost cost is $1.65. With how delicious their drinks and cookies are, this is practically a steal.
I think you should try Twisted Sugar out. If you are craving something sweet to clench your thirst or have a fluffy cookie, I think Twisted Sugar is the place to go.
